Your style is nothing like the show, which is fabulous, but I LOVE the clean lines. They're sharp and would make super precious paper dolls.
One nice thing would be a more diverse body type range. There is a slight waver is color, but every body is identical. Think about the personality of each pony. Twilight doesn't get out much, so she might have a bit of extra chub. Applejack is strong and does physical labor frequently, so she would probably be rather muscular. The right hand of Fluttershy looks backwards at first glance, perhaps if it was behind the dress? You could also use height to set them apart but if they were lined up naked, or in underwear, there would be little way to distinguish them from each other.
Overall though, it's a pretty good piece.
Also it looks like Rarity is patting Fluttershy right on the breasts, which is funny but probably not what you were going for. Hand to shoulder could be just s sassy but add physical contact with Fluttershy in a supporting or "I know how you feel" kind of way.
